Makoto Tezuka is a Japanese film and anime director, born in Tokyo. He fashions himself as a visualist and is involved in the creation of moving images beyond film and animation. He partially owns Tezuka Productions and helped in releasing the posthumous works of his father, Osamu Tezuka.

Emerald Lilly Fennell is an English actress, author, screenwriter, producer, and director. She appeared in numerous period drama films, such as Albert Nobbs (2011), Anna Karenina (2012), The Danish Girl (2015), and Vita and Virginia (2018). She received wider recognition for her starring roles in the BBC period drama series Call the Midwife (2013–2017) and the Netflix period drama series The Crown (2019–2020).

Yamina Benguigui is a French film director and politician of Algerian descent. She is known for her films on gender issues in the North African immigrant community in France. Through her films, Benguigui gave a voice to many from the Maghrebi population in France.
