Daniel Goldman was an American actor, voice actor, and casting director. He is most widely recognized as the voice of Brainy Smurf in Hanna-Barbera's The Smurfs (1981–1989) and as the inquisitive medical student in the opening scene of Young Frankenstein (1974).

Burkhard Hirsch was a German politician and civil liberties advocate. A member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP), Hirsch spent 21 years in the Bundestag. He also served five years as Minister of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia (1975–1980).

James Goodfellow was an English professional footballer and manager. A midfielder, he scored 39 goals in 535 league and cup appearances in a 13-year career in the English Football League.

Edén Atanacio Pastora Gómez was a Nicaraguan politician and guerrilla who ran for president as the candidate of the Alternative for Change (AC) party in the 2006 general elections. In the years prior to the fall of the Somoza regime, Pastora was the leader of the Southern Front, the largest militia in southern Nicaragua, second only to the FSLN in the north. Pastora was nicknamed Comandante Cero.

Keith Graham Tippetts, known professionally as Keith Tippett, was a British jazz pianist and composer. According to AllMusic, Tippett's career "..spanned jazz-rock, progressive rock, improvised and contemporary music, as well as modern jazz for more than half-a-century". He held " an unparalleled place in British contemporary music," and was known for "his unique approach to improvisation". Tippett appeared and recorded in many settings, including a duet with Stan Tracey, duets with his wife Julie Tippetts, solo performances, and as a bandleader, and appeared on King Crimson albums.

John Gerard Beattie MBE was a Scottish actor and stand-up comedian whose career spanned over six decades. He appeared on shows including the sketch show Scotch & Wry and the sitcom Rab C. Nesbitt, and later appeared in more dramatic roles including Malcolm Hamilton in the soap opera River City.

Orlando Keith McDaniel was an American football wide receiver. He played college football for the LSU Tigers (1978–1981) and professional football for the Denver Broncos (1982). He appeared in 44 games at LSU, totaling 64 receptions for 1,184 yards and three touchdowns. Drafted by the Broncos in the second round of the 1982 NFL Draft, he appeared in only three NFL games and did not catch a pass. McDaniel died in March 2020, a victim at age 59 of the COVID-19 pandemic.
