Margaret Birch was a Canadian politician in Ontario. She was a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1971 to 1985 who represented the east Toronto riding of Scarborough East. She served as a cabinet minister in the government of William Davis. She was the first female cabinet minister in Ontario.

Lev Nikolayevich Mayorov was an Azerbaijani professional football coach and player. He died on 1 February 2020.

György Kárpáti was a Hungarian water polo player who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics, 1956 Summer Olympics, 1960 Summer Olympics, and 1964 Summer Olympics. He is one of eight male athletes who won four or more Olympic medals in water polo, and one of ten male athletes who won three Olympic gold medals in water polo.

Gerda Mylle was a Belgian politician of the Christen-Democratisch en Vlaams party. She became the first woman mayor of Izegem. She retired at the end of 2018, after being a politician for 30 years.
