Octavio Antonio Fernández Castro, better known as Tony Fernández, was a Dominican shortstop in Major League Baseball (MLB) who played for seven teams from 1983 to 2001, most notably the Toronto Blue Jays. A five-time All-Star, Fernández was known for his defensive skills, winning four consecutive Gold Glove Awards (1986–1989). He batted over .300 four times, led the major leagues with 17 triples in 1990, collected 30 doubles six times and 20 stolen bases seven times. He also led American League shortstops in assists three times, and in putouts and fielding average twice each. After moving to the National League in a blockbuster trade following the 1990 season, he returned to the Blue Jays in a mid-season trade in 1993, and played a major role in helping the club repeat as World Series champions, batting .333 with nine runs batted in during the series.

Héctor Omar Hoffmann Fenzel, better known as Sergio Denis was an Argentine singer-songwriter and occasional actor.

Henry Gregg, was a Northern Irish professional footballer and manager. A goalkeeper, he played for Manchester United during the reign of Sir Matt Busby, with a total of 247 appearances for the club. He was a survivor of the Munich air disaster in 1958. Gregg also played for Doncaster Rovers and Stoke City, as well as making 25 appearances for the Northern Ireland national team between 1954 and 1963, including at the 1958 FIFA World Cup. He later went into management with Carlisle United, Crewe Alexandra, Shrewsbury Town and Swansea City.

Herbert Feuerstein was a German journalist, comedian and entertainer of Austrian descent. He was known as a publisher of the pardon satire magazine, as the editor of the German version of Mad, and for comedy work on television, especially as partner to Harald Schmidt in shows such as Schmidteinander.

William Frederick Rieflin was an American musician. Rieflin came to prominence in the 1990s mainly for his work as a drummer with groups such as Ministry, the Revolting Cocks, Lard, KMFDM, Pigface, Swans, Chris Connelly, and Nine Inch Nails. He worked regularly with R.E.M. following the retirement of Bill Berry in 1997. He was a member of King Crimson from 2013 until his death in 2020.

Linda Manz was an American actress. Making her film debut in 1978, she was mainly active until 1997. She was noted for her roles in Days of Heaven (1978), Out of the Blue (1980), and Gummo (1997).

Edward Byrne Breitenberger, known professionally as Edd Byrnes, was an American actor, best known for his starring role in the television series 77 Sunset Strip. He also was featured in the 1978 film Grease as television teen-dance show host Vince Fontaine, and was a charting recording artist with "Kookie, Kookie ".

Vadivel Balaji was an Indian Tamil television comedian, mimicry artist and actor. He received the nickname Vadivel after gaining fame among audience for imitating popular Tamil comedian Vadivelu's voice in television programmes. He was well known for his works in the television field and appeared in prime time Star Vijay television programmes such as Kalakka Povathu Yaaru , Siricha Pochu in Adhu Idhu Yedhu. He also took part as a contestant in the eighth season of the reality television show Jodi Number One. A couple of weeks ago, he was shooting for Mr & Mrs Chinnathirai 2 and had apparently got eliminated as well from the show.

Derek Francis Johnson, known professionally as Derek Acorah, was a British spiritual medium. He was best known for his television work on Most Haunted, broadcast on Living TV (2002–2010). His career as a medium was punctuated by allegations of fakery and he also attracted controversy over a number of seances during which he, reportedly, made contact with high-profile figures.

Charles Wallis Haeger was an American professional baseball player. He was one of the few knuckleball pitchers in Major League Baseball (MLB) during his career. He played in MLB for the Chicago White Sox, San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers. He was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot at the Grand Canyon on October 3, 2020, shortly after the suspected murder of his ex-girlfriend.
