Claude Goretta was a Swiss television producer and film director. His 1973 film L'Invitation was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. His 1981 film La provinciale was entered into the 31st Berlin International Film Festival.

Jean Victor Arthur Guillou was a French composer, organist, pianist, and pedagogue. Titular Organist at Saint Eustache in Paris, from 1963 to 2015, he was widely known as a composer of instrumental and vocal music focused on the organ, as an improviser, and as an adviser to organ builders. For several decades he held regular master classes in Zurich and in Paris.

Yuri Alexandrovich Meshkov was a Crimean politician and a leader of the pro-Russian movement in Crimea. Yuriy Meshkov served as the only President of Crimea from 1994 to 1995.

Klaus Enders was a German Sidecar racer. He was a six-time FIM Sidecar World Champion and a four-time winner of the sidecar class at the Isle of Man TT. Enders decided to retire at the end of the 1970 season and try car racing, only to return to sidecars a year later, winning three more world titles before retiring for good at the end of 1974. His co-drivers were Wolfgang Kalauch and Ralf Engelhardt.

Barbara Wolfgang-Krenn, also known as Barbara Krenn, was an Austrian entrepreneur and politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP). On 9 November 2017, she was sworn in as a member of the Austrian National Council.
