Lidia Biondi, often credited as Lydia Biondi, was an Italian film and television actress who appeared in more than 40 Italian and foreign films since the 1960s. Her international film credits included Eat Pray Love (2010), starring Julia Roberts, and Letters to Juliet (2010), directed by Gary Winick, in which she appeared opposite Amanda Seyfried and Vanessa Redgrave. Most recently, Biondi appeared in a series of television dramas, including La squadra, Compagni di banco, Il bello delle donne, Diritto di difesa, L'onore e il rispetto, Il Sangue e la Rosa, and Aldo Moro - Il presidente during the 2000s and 2010s.

Klaus Ampler was a German cyclist. His sporting career began with SC DHfK Leipzig. He competed for East Germany in the team time trial at the 1968 Summer Olympics. He won the peace race in 1963. Ampler died at a nursing home in Leipzig on 6 May 2016 at the age of 75. He was the father of Uwe Ampler, who became a professional cyclist and was coached by his father in the 1980s.

Lydia Achieng Abura was a Kenyan musician who performed Afro-jazz, Afro-fusion, and gospel music.

Tony Adamowicz was an American racing driver, active from 1963 until his death. He won the Under 2-Liter class of the 1968 Trans-Am Championship and the 1969 SCCA Continental Championship.

He was a pivotal member of the "1980s generation" in Egyptian cinema, along with directors such as Khairy Beshara, Daoud Abdel Sayed, Atef El-Tayeb, and Yousry Nasrallah. His main aesthetic credo, in line with directors from his generation, was a reinvigorated realism seeking direct documentation of everyday life in Cairo, beyond the walls of the studio.

Habib Mohebian, commonly known as Habib, was an Iranian singer-songwriter. He was born in (Tabriz), Iran. He first became passionate about music and playing guitar in the last years of high school. He participated in a nationwide competition held by the Iranian Radio and Television Broadcasting and was chosen as one of the 16 short listed candidates. After two years of training, he was drafted and continued his music career in the Officers Clubs and nationwide performances. Habib then settled in the provinces of Western and Eastern Azerbaijan and eventually Tehran. Later he moved to the United States but returned home to Iran in 2009. Habib died on 10 June 2016 in Ramsar, Mazandaran, Iran, due to cardiac arrest.

Ignacio Padilla was a Mexican writer whose works were translated into several languages. Padilla helped found the Crack Movement along with fellow writers Eloy Urroz, Jorge Volpi, and Pedro Angel Palou as a means for Mexican authors to find their own voice and write beyond magic realism.
