Tamerlan Anzorovich Tsarnaev was a Soviet-Born terrorist who, with his brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, planted pressure cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013. The bombings killed three people and reportedly injured as many as 264 others. Tsarnaev was of Chechen descent. He emigrated to the United States in 2004 at the age of 18. At the time of the bombings, Tsarnaev was an aspiring boxer.

Karen Blanche Black was an American actress, screenwriter, singer, and songwriter. She rose to prominence for her work in various studio and independent films in the 1970s, frequently portraying eccentric and offbeat characters, and established herself as a figure of New Hollywood. Her career spanned over 50 years and includes nearly 200 credits in both independent and mainstream films. Black received numerous accolades throughout her career, including two Golden Globe Awards, as well as an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Alexandre Magno Abrão, better known by his stage name Chorão, was a Brazilian singer-songwriter, rapper, lyricist, guitarist, skateboarder, record and film producer, screenwriter and entrepreneur. Best known for being a founding member and the vocalist/main lyricist of the influential alternative rock band Charlie Brown Jr., Folha de S.Paulo critic André Barcinski considered him "the nearest thing to a punk hero Brazilian mainstream music ever had", and Eduardo Tristão Girão of Portal Uai called him "the bad boy of Brazilian rock" and "the spokesman of the youth of the 1990s". Having been born and raised for most of his childhood in São Paulo, Chorão was the only Charlie Brown Jr. member not to hail originally from Santos, and its only founding member to remain consistently in all of the group's line-ups.

Richard W. Miller was an American FBI agent who was the first FBI agent indicted and convicted of espionage. In 1991, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison but was freed after serving fewer than three years.

Müslüm Gürses, born Müslüm Akbaş and called Müslüm Baba, was a popular Turkish arabesque singer and actor.

Rosalía Mera Goyenechea was a Spanish businesswoman and entrepreneur. At the time of her death, she was the richest woman in Spain and the world's richest self-made woman. In 1975, she co-founded the Zara retail chain with her then-husband Amancio Ortega Gaona. The company grew to become the world's largest fashion retailer.

Kenneth Howard Norton Sr. was an American professional boxer who competed from 1967 to 1981, and held the WBC heavyweight title in 1978. He is best known for his fight trilogy with Muhammad Ali, in which Norton won the first by split decision, lost the second by split decision, and lost the final by a controversial unanimous decision. Norton also fought a slugfest with Larry Holmes in 1978, narrowly losing a split decision. These are all seen as great fights, and generally controversial, with some people thinking that Norton won the fight.

Zachary David Sobiech was an American singer-songwriter and musician from Lakeland, Minnesota, who was a member of the band A Firm Handshake. The single "Clouds" gained extensive media attention on YouTube, prior to Sobiech's death from cancer in May 2013. It charted on the Billboard Hot 100, eventually becoming a hit also in the UK, Canada and France. On October 18, 2020 the song "Clouds" topped the iTunes song chart at the number #1 spot. His philosophy was that in his last days of life due to his cancer, he needed to make people happy.

Eleanor Jean Parker was an American actress who appeared in some 80 movies and television series. An actress of notable versatility, she was called Woman of a Thousand Faces by Doug McClelland, author of a biography of Parker by the same title.

Richard Reid Fliehr, better known by his ring name Reid Flair, was an American professional wrestler. He was the youngest son of retired professional wrestler Ric Flair, younger half-brother of wrestler David Flair.
