Chen Xitong was a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China and the Mayor of Beijing until he was removed from office on charges of corruption in 1995.

Laerte Patrocínio Orpinelli, known as The Bicycle Maniac, was a Brazilian serial killer and rapist who beat, raped and strangled at least 10 children around São Paulo from 1990 to 1999, but is suspected in more than 100 deaths since the 1970s. He was sentenced to 100 years imprisonment for his known crimes, and died behind bars in 2013.

Abdul Quader Molla was a Bangladeshi Islamist leader, writer, and politician of the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, who was convicted of war crimes and sentenced to death by the International Crimes Tribunal, Bangladesh (ICT) set up by the government of Bangladesh and hanged. There were objections from the United Nations, the governments of several countries, including Turkey, and international Human rights organizations but on the other hand there was widespread support from the general people of Bangladesh for the execution.

George Jacobs was an American memoirist and valet. Jacobs was the valet of the Hollywood agent Swifty Lazar in the 1950s, before being poached from Lazar by the singer and actor Frank Sinatra. Jacobs wrote a well received memoir, Mr. S: My Life with Frank Sinatra that chronicled his time in Sinatra's employment, from 1953 to his dismissal by Sinatra in 1968.
