Minoru Chiaki was a Japanese actor who appeared in such films as Akira Kurosawa's Rashomon, Seven Samurai and The Hidden Fortress. Later in his career, he appeared as a secondary actor in many Toei films. In 1986, he was given the Best Actor prize at the Japan Academy Prize ceremony for his performance in Toei's Gray Sunset (1985).

Charles Vere Wintour was a British newspaper editor and the father of Vogue magazine editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour. And of the diplomatic editor of The Guardian newspaper, Patrick Wintour. After a life in media and publishing, Charles Wintour went on to become the editor-in-chief of the London Evening Standard.
