Marshal Humberto de Alencar Castelo Branco was a Brazilian military leader and politician. He served as the first President of the Brazilian military dictatorship after the 1964 military coup d'etat. Castelo Branco was killed in an aircraft collision in July 1967, soon after the end of his Presidency.

Michele De Pietro (1884–1967) was an Italian lawyer and politician. He was the vice president of the Italian Senate for two terms and the minister of justice in the period 1954–1956.

Mir Osman Ali Khan, Asaf Jah VII, was the last Nizam (ruler) of the Princely State of Hyderabad, the largest princely state in British India. He ascended the throne on 29 August 1911, at the age of 25 and ruled the Kingdom of Hyderabad between 1911 and 1948, until India annexed it. He was styled as His Exalted Highness-(H.E.H.) the Nizam of Hyderabad, and was one of the wealthiest individuals of all time. In 1937, Time featured him on its cover as the world's richest person.
