Carlos Carneiro Antunes was a Portuguese terrorist and politician. He was, together with Isabel do Carmo, co-founder of the Brigadas Revolucionárias a Portuguese far-left terrorist organization that acted in Portugal between 1970 and 1980.

Winifred Goldring, was an American paleontologist whose work included a description of stromatolites, as well as the study of Devonian crinoids. She was the first woman in the nation to be appointed as a State Paleontologist.

Kenneth Leon "Tug" Wilson was an American track and field athlete and amateur athletics administrator. He competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics, finishing tenth in the discus throw competition. Wilson served as the second commissioner of the Big Ten Conference, from 1945 to 1961, and as the president of the United States Olympic Committee from 1953 to 1965.

Edmondo Amati was an Italian film producer. Charles Martinet was a Swiss racing cyclist. He rode in the 1925 Tour de France.

Hans Olden (1892–1975) was an Austrian stage and film actor. Olden appeared in more than eighty films during his career, mostly in Austria but occasionally also in Germany. He was a supporter of the Austrian Nazi Party, his interest in Nazism pre-dating the Anchluss by some years. After the Second World War Olden appeared in a number of Heimat films.

Siaka Probyn Stevens was the leader of Sierra Leone from 1967 to 1985, serving as Prime Minister from 1967 to 1971 and as President from 1971 to 1985. Stevens' leadership was often characterized by patrimonial rule and self-indulgence, consolidating power by means of corruption and exploitation.

Stephen Ferrando was an Italian Roman Catholic priest belonging to the Salesians of Don Bosco – an order that Saint John Bosco established. He served in the missions in Asia once he was ordained and was stationed in India where he led a diocese of his own. He also established his own religious congregation.
