Fernando Martín Espina was a Spanish professional basketball player who was considered to be one of the best Spanish basketball players ever. Martín was 2.06 m tall, and he played primarily at the center and power forward positions. He was considered a talented all-around athlete. He was a five-time swimming champion in Spain, as well as being a highly ranked athlete in the sports of handball, table tennis and judo.

Ananias Eloi Castro Monteiro, known as Ananias, was a Brazilian footballer who last played as an attacking midfielder for Chapecoense.

Bhupinder "Bindy" Singh Johal was a gangster from British Columbia, Canada. A self-confessed drug trafficker, he was known for his outspoken nature and blatant disregard for authority. On December 20, 1998, Johal was fatally shot in the back of the head at a crowded nightclub in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Cha In-ha was a South Korean actor best known for starring in The Banker, Clean with Passion for Now, and Love with Flaws. He was a member of the actor group Surprise U.

Yang Ko-han was a Taiwanese actress and producer. Born Yang Jiayu (楊家瑜), she was also known by the stage names White Rabbit, Yang Hsin-chiao (楊芯喬), and Yang Ko-fan (楊可凡). She started her entertainment career as part of Blackie's Teenage Club, known for her singing abilities. She later became and actress, and was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Golden Bell Award in 2013. She hanged herself on July 6, 2015 and died from her injuries on July 18, 2015. Yang was posthumously nominated for another Golden Bell in 2015, but with The New World, this time as a Best Leading Actress.

Erica Garner-Snipes was an American activist who advocated for police reform, particularly in the use of force during arrests. Garner became involved in activism following the 2014 death of her father, Eric Garner, after a New York City police officer placed him in a lethal chokehold during an arrest.

Stefan Bellof was a West German racing driver. Bellof was the winner of the Drivers' Championship in the 1984 FIA World Endurance Championship, driving for the factory Rothmans Porsche team. His lap record on the Nordschleife configuration at the Nürburgring, set while qualifying for the 1000 km race in 1983, stood for 35 years, when it was beaten by Timo Bernhard in 2018. He also competed with the Tyrrell Formula One team during 1984 and 1985. Bellof was killed in an accident during the 1985 1000 km of Spa, a round of the World Endurance Championship.

Patrick Pons was a French professional Grand Prix motorcycle road racer. His best year was in 1974 when he finished in third place in the 250cc and the 350cc world championships. Pons became the first Frenchman to win an F.I.M. world championship when he won the 1979 Formula 750 title.

Antoine Ashley, better known by the name Sahara Davenport, was an American drag queen, singer, reality television personality, and classically trained dancer. Davenport was best known as a contestant on the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
