Lai Changxing
Lai Changxing is a former Chinese businessman and entrepreneur. He was the founder and Chairman of Yuanhua Group, based in the Special Economic Zone of Xiamen. He imported foreign products like cars, cigarettes and was responsible for one-sixth of the national oil imports at one time. In the late 1990s, he was implicated in corruption scandals involving a large smuggling ring. By 1999, he was described by several media organizations as "China's most wanted fugitive".
Lamine Senghor
Lamine Senghor was a Senegalese political activist, Senegalese nationalist, and member of the French Communist Party. He ran candidate in the Paris local elections in 1924. Nonetheless he remained committed to an independent Senegal and became part of the internationalised struggle against colonialism and imperialism. In 1927, shortly before his death he was invited to attend the congress of oppressed nationalities in Brussels in Belgium where the League against Imperialism was established. The meeting was significant because it brought together representatives and organizations from the communist world and anti-colonial organizations and activists from the colonized world. In his speech he denounced the crimes committed by the colonial administration in Congo, concluding that:

O Sonfa, commonly known as her Korean name Oh Seon-hwa, is a professor in the School of International Relations at Takushoku University in Tokyo, she is also active as an author and journalist in Japan. She is a critic in many fields such as current issues, history, and culture, particularly in East Asian Countries. Originally from Jeju-do, South Korea, she left for Japan in 1983 and received a BA degree from Daito Bunka University and an MA degree from the Graduate School of North American Studies at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. She went on to naturalise as a Japanese citizen.
