Hsu Yu-jen
Hsu Yu-jen is a Taiwanese public figure. Having lost the popular vote he nevertheless became legislator-at-large of the 9th Legislative Yuan but was not re-elected in 2020. He is also an entrepreneur and the cofounder of TEDxTaipei. Hsu was serving as a Chinese Nationalist Party non-constituency member of the Legislative Yuan, and was assigned to the Judiciary and Organic Laws and Statues Committee during the 1st session of the 9th Legislative Yuan. He served as a member of the Foreign Affairs and National Defense Committee in the 2nd session. He is an active advocate of issues regarding education, technology, innovation, sustainability, and marriage equality.

Susana Soca
Susana Soca (1906–1959) was a Uruguayan poet-writer and a consummate networker. During the most productive part of her public career, much of which coincided with the Second World War, she lived in France. Soca also founded and for many years produced the transatlantic literary journal La Licorne. Both in her journal and elsewhere she was notable for the extent and effectiveness of her support for fellow writers from Latin America and Europe.

Hailemariam Desalegn
Hailemariam Desalegn Boshe is an Ethiopian politician who served as Prime Minister of Ethiopia from 2012 to 2018. He also previously served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs under Prime Minister Meles Zenawi from 2010 to 2012. After Meles' death in August 2012, Hailemariam succeeded him as Prime Minister, initially in an acting capacity. He was then elected as the Chair of the EPRDF, the ruling party, on 15 September 2012. Hailemariam also served as the Chairperson of the African Union from 2013 to 2014.
