Fumihiko Sueki
Fumihiko Sueki is a Japanese academic and historian, and one of Japan's leading scholars of Japanese Buddhism. He is a professor at the International Research Center for Japanese Studies in Kyoto. A member of the advisory board of Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture's Japanese Journal of Religious Studies, he is also a contributor to the journal itself.
Shōmei Yokouchi
Shōmei Yokouchi was a Japanese politician. He represented the Yamanashi Prefecture electoral district and later Yamanashi District No. 3 in the House of Representatives in the national Diet from 1993 until 2002 and was governor of Yamanashi Prefecture from 2007 until 2015. He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo Law Department.
