Oussama "Ous" Mellouli is a Tunisian swimmer who competes in the freestyle and medley events. He is a three-time Olympic medalist, is an African record holder, and trains with the USC Trojans team based at the University of Southern California, where he studied as a computer science undergraduate and swam collegiately.

By profession he is an agricultural engineer, researcher and university professor. He was elected president of the newly founded Tahya Tounes party on 2 June 2019.

He is currently the coach of Al-Duhail SC. He spent most of his playing career with his home club, ES Tunis and won it a historic treble as a coach in 2011. During his managerial career, he was in charge of three national teams: the Tunisian, Kuwaiti, and Syrian national football teams, but he also managed clubs in Tunisia and Qatar.
