Serge Moati
Serge Moati is a French journalist, television presenter, film director and writer. He is the brother of Nine Moati, author of the novel Les Belles de Tunis. As is his sister, Serge Moati is a French citizen, with Tunisian-Jewish origins. He is the father of the actor Félix Moati.
Pierre Lellouche
Pierre Lellouche is a French lawyer and politician of the Republicans who served as Secretary of State for Foreign Trade under the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry Christine Lagarde in the government of Prime Minister François Fillon. He was elected deputy of Sarcelles in 1993, and retained his seat at the National Assembly until 2002.

Ali Neffati was a Tunisian cyclist who was professional between 1913 and 1930. He is known for being the first African to participate in the Tour de France, when he participated in the 1913 edition. He also was in the 1914 Tour de France, but didn't finish either of them. In the 1914 Tour, he was hit by a car from the organization, and could not continue.

Ahmed I, born 2 December 1805 in Tunis died May 1855 at La Goulette, was the tenth Husainid Bey of Tunis, ruling from 1837 until his death. He was responsible for the abolition of slavery in Tunisia in 1846.
