Hou Dejian, is a songwriter, composer, and singer from Taiwan.

Lee Yung-te is a Taiwanese politician. He served as the Minister of the Hakka Affairs Council from March 2005 to March 2008 and was reappointed to the position in April 2016.

Yu Tian, born Yu Tsing-yuan, is a Taiwanese pop singer in Mandarin and Hokkien. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, Yu served as a member of the Legislative Yuan from 2008 to 2012, and was reelected to the office in 2019.

Wen Tzu-yun is a Taiwanese karateka. At the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, she won one of the bronze medals in the women's 55 kg event. She is also a two-time gold medalist in the women's kumite 55 kg event at the Asian Games and a two-time bronze medalist in this event at the World Karate Championships.

Yōichi Kotabe , is a Japanese animator and character designer. He has worked on several anime films from the 1960s and 1970s, on the Super Mario video game series, and the Pokémon series in television and film. He was an employee at Nintendo for two decades doing illustrations, character designs, and supervision from 1985 to 2007. At that time, he began to work as a freelancer for the anime and video game industry, including for Nintendo again.

Demos Yu-bou Chiang, born on 10 September 1976 in Taipei, Taiwan, is a Taiwanese Canadian businessman. He founded DEM Inc. (橙果設計), a popular design studio in Taiwan in July 2003 and has served as its chairman since then. He is also known for being the great-grandson of the late Republic of China (ROC) President Chiang Kai-shek and the grandson of late President Chiang Ching-kuo. His grandmother was Faina Ipatyevna Vakhreva, also known as Chiang Fang-liang, making him Eurasian.

Chen Ming-yi is a Taiwanese politician. He was a member of the Taipei County Council from 2006 to 2010, and served on the New Taipei City Council from 2010 to 2014, returning to office in 2016. He is also a member of the Kuomintang’s Central Standing Committee. It was reported that he would participate in the 2014 New Taipei mayoral election, however, the Kuomintang eventually chose Eric Chu as their mayoral candidate.

Tsay Ting-kuei is a Taiwanese civil engineering professor, political activist, and former government official. A professor at National Taiwan University in Taipei, he has conducted research in areas including coastal engineering and computational hydraulics. In politics, he served in various positions in the Chen Shui-bian administration in the mid-2000s, and rose to greater prominence for his protests in support of the Taiwan independence movement.

You Ching was the Republic of China (Taiwan) representative to Germany. A practicing lawyer since 1978, he obtained his bachelor's degree in law from the National Chengchi University in 1965 and his doctorate from the University of Heidelberg in 1978. You was elected as the first non-Kuomintang member of the Control Yuan in 1980. He first served as a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1987 to 1989, and then served two terms as the magistrate of Taipei County from 1989 to 1997. He was again elected to the legislature in 2001 and reelected in 2004.
