Anca Boagiu
Anca-Daniela Boagiu is a Romanian engineer and politician. A member of the Democratic Liberal Party (PD-L), she was a member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies for Bucharest from 2000 to 2008 and has sat in the Romanian Senate, also for Bucharest, since 2008. In the Mugur Isărescu cabinet, she served as Minister of Transport in 2000; in the Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu cabinet, she was Minister of European Integration from 2005 to 2007; and in the Emil Boc cabinet, she was again Transport Minister from 2010 to 2012.
Ion Gigurtu
Ion Gigurtu was a far-right Romanian politician, Land Forces officer, engineer and industrialist who served a brief term as Prime Minister from 4 July to 4 September 1940, under the personal regime of King Carol II. A specialist in mining and veteran of both the Second Balkan War and World War I, he made a fortune in interwar Greater Romania. Gigurtu began his career in politics with the People's Party (PP) and the National Agrarian Party, moving closer to the far right during the 1930s, and serving as Minister of Industry and Commerce in the cabinet of Octavian Goga. Shortly after the start of World War II, Gigurtu was affiliated with King Carol's National Renaissance Front, serving as Public Works and Communications Minister and Foreign Minister under Premier Gheorghe Tătărescu, before the territorial losses incurred by Romania in front of the Soviet Union propelled him as Tătărescu's replacement.

Oana Mihaela Ban is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast. She is an Olympic gold medalist with the team and a world silver medalist on beam and with the team. Her best events were the floor and the balance beam.
Gheorghe Berceanu
Gheorghe Berceanu is a retired light-flyweight Greco-Roman wrestler from Romania. He won the world title in 1969 and 1972, the European title in 1970, 1972 and 1973, and an Olympics gold medal in 1972, placing second in 1976. Berceanu spent most of his career at Steaua București, and later worked there as a coach.
