Baadur Tsuladze was a Georgian actor, film director, writer and broadcaster. Honored Artist of the Georgian SSR (1979).

Alfredo Zitarrosa was a Uruguayan singer-songwriter, poet and journalist. He specialized in Uruguayan and Argentinean folk genres such as zamba and milonga, and he became a chief figure in the nueva canción movement in his country. A staunch supporter of Communist ideals, he lived in exile between 1976 and 1984. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential singer-songwriters of Latin America.

Nakamura Shikan VII was a Japanese kabuki performer noted for his onnagata roles. His real name Nakamura Eijirô, in 1967 Nakamura became the seventh person to adopt the Nakamura Shikan name. In 1996 he became recognized as a Living National Treasures of Japan, and in 2006 he became a Person of Cultural Merit. Nakamura is a grandson of Nakamura Utaemon V.

Gerhard Zemann was an Austrian actor. He appeared in many television series and films through his career, becoming best known for playing forensic pathologist Leo Graf on the series Inspector Rex from 1994 until 2004. He died of a heart attack in 2010, aged 70.

Zusho Hirosato was a Japanese samurai of the late Edo period, who served as karō of the Satsuma Domain. He was also known as Shōzaemon (笑左衛門).

Takuya Terada is a Japanese actor, singer and model. He was a member of the Korean boy group Cross Gene. Takuya is also well known as the former Japanese Representative on Korean variety television Show, JTBC's Non-Summit.

He Long was a Chinese Communist revolutionary and one of the ten marshals of the People's Liberation Army. He was from a poor rural family in Hunan, and his family was not able to provide him with any formal education. He began his revolutionary career after avenging the death of his uncle, when he fled to become an outlaw and attracted a small personal army around him. Later his forces joined the Kuomintang, and he participated in the Northern Expedition.

Erich Julius Eberhard von dem Bach-Zelewski was a high-ranking SS commander of Nazi Germany. During World War II, he was in charge of the Nazi security warfare against those designated by the regime as ideological enemies and any other persons deemed to present danger to the Nazi rule or Wehrmacht's rear security in the occupied territories of Eastern Europe. It mostly involved atrocities against the civilian population. In 1944 he led the brutal suppression of the Warsaw Uprising. At the end of 1941 the forces under von dem Bach numbered 14,953 Germans, mostly officers and unteroffiziere, and 238,105 local “volunteers”
