Cezary Pazura is a popular Polish actor known for his comedy roles in movies such as Kiler, Chłopaki nie płaczą, Kariera Nikosia Dyzmy and a sitcom 13 posterunek. In addition to his work as a movie actor, Pazura is also a stand-up comedian and a popular voice actor. He provided voice for movies dubbed in Polish including Lady and the Tramp, Ice Age, Astérix & Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre, Shark Tale and for Pink Panther in various computer games. His brother Radosław Pazura is also an actor.

Pawel Edelman is a Polish cinematographer from Łódź, known for his collaborations with acclaimed directors Roman Polanski and Andrzej Wajda. He was named Best European Cinematographer in 2002 at the European Film Awards for his work on The Pianist, for which he also won the César Award for Best Cinematography. He was nominated for an Academy Award and a BAFTA for the same film. He also received a nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography from the American Society of Cinematographers for Ray. His credits include films both in and outside Poland.

Oskar Lange
Oskar Ryszard Lange was a Polish economist and diplomat. He is best known for advocating the use of market pricing tools in socialist systems and providing a model of market socialism. He responded to the economic calculation problem proposed by Ludwig von Mises and Friedrich Hayek by claiming that managers in a centrally-planned economy would be able to monitor supply and demand through increases and declines in inventories of goods, and advocated the nationalization of major industries. During his stay in the United States, Lange was an academic teacher and researcher in mathematical economics. Later in socialist Poland, he was a member of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party.
