Noel Fitzpatrick is an Irish veterinary surgeon, based in Eashing, Surrey who came to prominence through the television programme The Supervet. Originally from Ballyfin, in Laois, Ireland, he moved to Guildford, Surrey, in 1993, where he is director and managing clinician at Fitzpatrick Referrals. His veterinary practice includes two hospitals specialising in orthopaedics and neurosurgery in Eashing, Surrey, and another specialising in oncology and soft tissue surgery in Guildford. He is director of a number of biotechnology companies spun off from his practice.

Joe Canning is an Irish hurler who plays for Galway Senior Championship club Portumna and at inter-county level with the Galway senior hurling team. He currently lines out as a centre-forward.

Ryan Tubridy, nicknamed Tubs, is an Irish broadcaster, a presenter of live shows on radio and television in Ireland. Tubridy is the highest earning presenter on RTÉ. He is the current host of long-running TV chat programme The Late Late Show and a weekday morning radio show called The Ryan Tubridy Show.

Stephen John Dawson is an Irish professional footballer who is who plays for Radcliffe. He primarily plays as a central midfielder, although he has also been deployed in defensive midfield. He is noted for his aggressive and highly competitive style of play. At international level, Dawson represented the Republic of Ireland national football team at Under-21 level on two occasions.

Christopher Andrew "Christy" Moore is an Irish folk singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is one of the founding members of Planxty and Moving Hearts. His first album, Paddy on the Road was recorded with Dominic Behan in 1969. In 2007, he was named as Ireland's greatest living musician in RTÉ's People of the Year Awards.

Barry Cowen is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Laois–Offaly constituency since the 2020 general election, and previously from 2011 to 2016 and from 2016 to 2020 for the Offaly constituency. He previously served as Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine from June 2020 to July 2020.

Seán Boylan is an Irish former Gaelic football manager from Dunboyne, County Meath. He retired from his position as manager of the senior Meath county team on the evening of 31 August 2005 after twenty-three years in charge. During his time with Meath, he managed the team to four All-Ireland Senior Football Championships, three National Football League titles, and eight Leinster Senior Football Championships.

Cecelia Ahern is an Irish novelist known for her works like PS, I Love You, Where Rainbows End and If You Could See Me Now. Born in Dublin, Ahern is now published in nearly fifty countries, and has sold over 25 million copies of her novels worldwide. Two of her books have been adapted as major motion films.

Andrew Declan Keogh is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a striker for A-League club Perth Glory. Born in Dublin, Keogh played the first several years of his professional career playing for a number of clubs in England, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, for whom he made over 100 appearances. In 2014, Keogh moved to Australia to play for Perth Glory. He left the Glory for one year to play in the Thai Premier League for Ratchaburi before returning in early 2016, and again in 2020 after leaving in 2019 for Al-Qadsiah.
