Stéphane Georges Mallat is a French applied mathematician, concurrently appointed as Professor at Collège de France and École normale supérieure. He made fundamental contributions to the development of wavelet theory in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He has additionally done work in applied mathematics, signal processing, music synthesis and image segmentation.

Jacques Hardouin-Mansart de Sagonne was a French architect. He was the illegitimate son of Jacques Hardouin-Mansart, comte de Sagonne, by his mistress Madeleine Duguesny - Jacques and Madeleine married in 1726. Jacques junior's elder brother was the architect Jean Mansart de Jouy (1705-1783), whilst he was also the grandson of Jules Hardouin-Mansart, great-great-great nephew of François Mansart and great-nephew of Robert de Cotte.

John Cabell "Bunny" Breckinridge was an American actor and drag queen, best known for his role as "The Ruler" in Ed Wood's film Plan 9 from Outer Space, his only film appearance.

Emmanuel Louis Marie Guignard, vicomte de Saint-Priest, 1st Duke of Almazán, GE, was a French politician and diplomat during the Bourbon Restoration. He was the son of François-Emmanuel Guignard, comte de Saint-Priest, one of King Louis XVI of France's last ministers. Born during the opening days of the French Revolution, he was the godson of Queen Marie Antoinette.

Jacques Krauss (1900–1957) was a French art director. He had a notable influence on the visual look of French poetic realist films before the Second World War due to his work with Julien Duvivier.

August Franciszek Maria Anna Józef Kajetan Czartoryski was a Polish Roman Catholic professed member of the Salesians of Don Bosco and a noble prince. He was born in Paris during his house's exile and came from a notable house; his constant frail health saw much of his childhood being shuttled to various health spas. Raphael Kalinowski tutored him; the prince turned to the priesthood instead of pursuing the aristocratic life.

Boris Taslitzky, sometimes Boris Tazlitsky, was a French painter with left-wing sympathies, best known for his figurative depictions of some difficult moments in the history of the twentieth century. His work is considered as representative of Socialist realism in art in France.
