Marie Stritt (1855–1928) was a German feminist and a leading force in the international and German women suffrage movement. She worked towards woman's education and fought against state regulated prostitution. Marie Stritt worked for changes regarding divorce laws through the Woman's Legal Aid Society. She was a big supporter of birth control and abortion.

Katharina Schroth was a schoolteacher and rehabilitation specialist who helped develop the Schroth Method, a treatment for scoliosis. With the help of her daughter Christa Lehnert-Schroth, she developed a method to correct her moderate form of scoliosis using breathing techniques to inflate into the concave side of the body while looking in a mirror.

Jeannette Guyot was a French Resistance operative who went on to become one of the Second World War's most decorated women. She is one of only two women to hold the American Distinguished Service Cross obtained during the war. She participated in Pathfinder Mission of Operation Sussex.

Richard R. Burt is an American businessman and diplomat who served as United States Ambassador to Germany and was a chief negotiator of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. Prior to his diplomatic career, Burt worked as director of a non-governmental organization and from 1977 to 1980 was a national security correspondent for The New York Times.

Frank Shepard Fairey is an American contemporary street artist, graphic designer, activist, illustrator, and founder of OBEY Clothing who emerged from the skateboarding scene. He first became known for his "Andre the Giant Has a Posse" (...OBEY...) sticker campaign while attending the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

Amir-Abbas Hoveyda was an Iranian economist and politician who served as Prime Minister of Iran from 27 January 1965 to 7 August 1977. He was prime minister for 13 years and is the longest serving prime minister in Iran's history. He also served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance in Mansur's cabinet. After the Iranian Revolution, he was tried by the newly established Revolutionary Court for "waging war against God" and "spreading corruption on earth" and executed.
