Jonathan Marc Bairstow is an English cricketer, who plays internationally for England and domestically for Yorkshire. Bairstow was part of the England squad that won the 2019 Cricket World Cup. A right-hand batsman, he is the only England wicket-keeper to twice claim nine dismissals in a Test match, against South Africa in January 2016, and against Sri Lanka in May 2016. Only Jack Russell, and Bob Taylor have claimed more in a single Test match.

Jordan James Sinnott was an English footballer who played as a midfielder. He was the son of the former Huddersfield Town captain Lee Sinnott and was contracted to Northern Premier League side Matlock Town at the time of his death in January 2020. He died following an altercation in Retford town centre where he was attacked.

Adrian Charles Edmondson is an English comedian, actor, musician and television presenter. He was part of the alternative comedy boom in the early 1980s and had roles in the television series The Young Ones (1982–1984) and Bottom (1991–1995), which he wrote together with his collaborative partner Rik Mayall. Edmondson also appeared in The Comic Strip Presents... series of films throughout the 1980s and 1990s. For one episode of this he created the spoof heavy metal band Bad News, and for another he played his nihilistic alter-ego Eddie Monsoon, an offensive South African television star.

Steven Frayne, better known by his stage name Dynamo, is a British magician born in Bradford, West Yorkshire. His television show Dynamo: Magician Impossible ran from July 2011 to September 2014, and saw him win the Best Entertainment Programme award at the 2012 and 2013 Broadcast Awards. Dynamo has toured the world, and his Seeing Is Believing arena tour was seen by over 750,000 people across the UK, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.

Andrea Dunbar was an English playwright. She wrote The Arbor (1980) and Rita, Sue and Bob Too (1982), an autobiographical drama about the sexual adventures of teenage girls living in a run-down part of Bradford, West Yorkshire. She wrote most of the adaptation for the film Rita, Sue and Bob Too (1987).

Pauline Matthews, better known by her stage name Kiki Dee, is an English singer. Known for her blue-eyed soul vocals, she was the first female singer from the UK to sign with Motown's Tamla Records.

Naseem Shah is a British Labour Party politician. She was elected at the 2015 general election as Member of Parliament (MP) for Bradford West, winning the seat from George Galloway of the Respect Party. In July 2018, she was appointed to a junior Shadow Ministerial role as Shadow Minister of State for Women and Equalities, working alongside the Shadow Secretary of State, Dawn Butler.

Kimberley Jane Scott is an English singer, model, television presenter, actress and dancer. She rose to fame in late 2002 when she auditioned for the reality series Popstars: The Rivals on ITV. The series announced that Walsh had won a place as a member of the girl group Girls Aloud. The group achieved large success, having twenty consecutive top ten singles in the UK, six studio albums have all been certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI), two of which went to number one in the UK, and accumulating a total of five BRIT Award nominations. In 2009, Girls Aloud won "Best Single" with their song "The Promise".

Scott Waites is an English professional darts player who plays in tournaments of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). He is a two-time BDO World Darts Champion having won the 2013 tournament and 2016 tournament. He is also a former Winmau World Masters champion, WDF World Cup singles' champion, Zuiderduin Masters champion, and the only BDO representative to reach and win the final in the Professional Darts Corporation Grand Slam of Darts.

Gloria De Piero is a British journalist and former politician. Since July 2020 she has presented her own programme on Times Radio on Friday mornings, and has co-presented the Sunday morning political programme G&T alongside Tom Newton Dunn. Until June 2020, she co-presented Talkradio's Sunday morning political programme alongside Alexis Conran.
