Ruth Kedar is an artist and designer, best known for designing the Google logo that was displayed from May 31, 1999 to September 1, 2015. Larry Page and Sergey Brin were looking at designers to design their logo and website and Kedar was asked to present them with some preliminary design ideas. They liked her approach and design style and she was hired to design both. The design was accepted due to its playful design, the customized Catull typeface and unique visual expression.

Jesse Corti is an American actor, singer and theater director best known for playing Courfeyrac in the original Broadway show Les Misérables and for voicing LeFou in Beauty and the Beast.

Nicholas Ian Shepherd-Barron, FRS, is a British mathematician working in algebraic geometry. He is, since 2013, professor of mathematics at King's College London, having moved there from his previous position at the University of Cambridge. Having been a Fellow for more than 20 years, Shepherd-Barron retains a life Fellowship of Trinity College, Cambridge.
