Bebe Moore Campbell, was an American author, journalist and teacher. Campbell was the author of three New York Times bestsellers: Brothers and Sisters, Singing in the Comeback Choir, and What You Owe Me, which was also a Los Angeles Times "Best Book of 2001". Her other works include the novel Your Blues Ain't Like Mine, which was a New York Times Notable Book of the Year and the winner of the NAACP Image Award for Literature; her memoir, Sweet Summer: Growing Up With and Without My Dad; and her first nonfiction book, Successful Women, Angry Men: Backlash in the Two-Career Marriage. Her essays, articles, and excerpts appear in many anthologies.

Emily Harris was, along with her husband William Harris (1945–), a member of the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA), an American left-wing terrorist group involved in bank robberies, kidnapping and murder. In the 1970s, she was convicted of kidnapping Patty Hearst. In 2003, she was convicted of murder in the second degree for being the shooter in a 1975 slaying that occurred while she and other SLA members were robbing a bank in California. She was sentenced to eight years in prison for the murder.

Anna Brooks Kooiman is an American news anchor and television panelist, currently working for Australia's Network Ten. From 2011 to 2016, she served as anchor and reporter for Fox News based in New York City. Kooiman's last position with Fox News was as co-host on the weekend edition of Fox & Friends. Since then, she has been with the News Corp's Australian division as a substitute anchor and panelist on various news programs for Network Ten.

Liu He is a Chinese economist and politician, a current member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party and one of the Vice Premiers of the People's Republic of China. Liu is also the director of the Office serving the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP); the latter headed by CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping. He was named vice-premier on 19 March 2018 and is heading the Financial Stability and Development Committee.

Shinosuke Tatekawa is a rakugo performer. His real name is Teruo Takeuchi . With his comic group, Rokunin-no-Kai, formed in 2003, he has helped to popularise rakugo among young Japanese people. He is also well known as a TV presenter, and has presented the primetime NHK General show Tameshite Gatten (ためしてガッテン) since it started in 1995.
