Thomas "Pinocchio" Rung is a German serial killer, who is considered to be the most dangerous of his kind since the end of the Second World War.

Willi Kimmritz was a German serial killer, rapist and burglar.

Elfriede Blauensteiner, dubbed the "Black Widow", was an Austrian serial killer who murdered at least three victims by poison. In each case, she inherited the victim's possessions.

Saeed Hanaei or Said Hanai was an Iranian serial killer.

Francisca Ballesteros is a Spanish woman who poisoned to death her first baby, a five month old daughter, in 1990. Fourteen years later, in 2004, she killed her husband and second daughter because she had met a man on the Internet and wanted to run away from her parenting and marriage to be with her new found lover. Ballesteros then tried to poison her twelve-year-old son, although he survived after eight months of recovery. Following her son's poisoning Spanish authorities finally arrested her. She was convicted on three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder and sentenced to eighty-four years in prison in 2005.

Zhou Kehua was a Chinese gunman suspected of murder and robbery. According to Chinese media, he is believed to be involved in at least nine murder and robbery cases. He was therefore classified as an A-level wanted criminal of the Ministry of Public Security.

Manuel Delgado Villegas, also known as El Arropiero, was a Spanish serial killer active between 1964 and 1971. Delgado claimed to have carried out 48 murders in Spain, Italy and France – of these cases the Spanish police were only able to investigate twenty-two in Spain and considered him the definite perpetrator of seven. He was never brought to trial, as he was diagnosed with a severe mental disorder, and in 1978 the Audiencia Nacional ordered that he be preventively detained at Carabanchel Penitentiary Psychiatric Hospital. He was released into the care of a psychiatric hospital in 1996 and died two years later of a smoking-related lung disease.

The Volga Maniac is the name given to serial killer, Radik Tagirov. who committed a series of murders of elderly women in several regions between 2011 and 2012.

Very Idham Henyansyah, also known as Ryan, is an Indonesian convicted serial killer. Henyansyah confessed to killing 11 people and was sentenced to death by the Indonesia criminal court after being arrested in 2008. He is awaiting execution at Kesambi Penitentiary in Cirebon.

Álvaro Julio Federico Corbalán Castilla is a now-retired Chilean major general who belonged to the National Information Center, an organization associated with political repression and torture during the military dictatorship in Chile, led by Augusto Pinochet between 1973 and 1990. He is currently serving a sentence for violation of human rights in the Punta Peuco Prison.
