Marie Delphine Macarty or MacCarthy, more commonly known as Madame Blanque or, after her third marriage, as Madame LaLaurie, was a New Orleans Creole socialite and serial killer who tortured and murdered slaves in her household.
Eugen Weidmann
Eugen Weidmann was a German criminal and serial killer who was executed by guillotine in France in June 1939, the last public execution in that country.
Randall Woodfield
Randall Brent "Randy" Woodfield is an American serial killer, rapist, kidnapper, and robber who was dubbed the I-5 Killer or the I-5 Bandit by the media due to the crimes he committed along the Interstate 5 corridor running through Washington, Oregon, and California. Before his capture, the I-5 Killer was suspected of multiple sexual assaults and murders. Though convicted in only one murder, he has been linked to a total of 18, and is suspected of having killed up to 44 people.
Julio Pérez Silva
Julio Pérez Silva is a Chilean serial killer who was active between 1998 and 2001. Known as the Psychopath from Alto Hospicio, his crimes took place in the Tarapacá Region, specifically in the city of Iquique and in the town of Alto Hospicio, hence his nickname.

Joel Rifkin
Joel David Rifkin is an American serial killer who was sentenced to 203 years in prison for the murders of nine women between 1989 and 1993. He is believed to have killed up to 17 victims between 1989 and 1993 in New York City and on Long Island, New York. Although Rifkin often picked up sex workers in Brooklyn and Manhattan, he lived in East Meadow, a suburban hamlet on Long Island.

Bruno Lüdke
Bruno Lüdke was a German alleged serial killer. Police officials connected him to at least 51 murder victims, mainly women, killed in a 15-year period, which began in 1928 and ended with his arrest in 1943. He was never given a trial, and some historians consider him innocent.
