B. Babusivan was an Indian film director and screenwriter of Tamil films. He initially began his career as an assistant director to film director Dharani. In 2009, Babusivan became independent director in Vettaikaaran starring Vijay (actor), Anushka Shetty and Srihari in the lead roles.

Lydia Gouardo is a French woman, born in Maisons-Alfort, Val-de-Marne, who was imprisoned for 28 years, raped, and tortured by her stepfather, Raymond Gouardo, in their home in Meaux and Coulommes in Seine et Marne. The abuse took place from 1971 to 1999.

Eddie Mair is a Scottish broadcaster who was a presenter on BBC radio and television. Mair now presents his show on LBC between 4pm and 7pm every weekday. Mair also hosted BBC Radio 4's daily news magazine PM, the Radio 4 Saturday iPM, and NewsPod. He occasionally presented Newsnight and Any Questions. Mair became a stand-in presenter for The Andrew Marr Show following Marr's stroke. Mair left the BBC in August 2018.
