List of Famous people named Saleh

Field Marshal Saleh Al-Muhaya, is the former Chief of the General Staff of the Saudi Arabian Army and the Vice-Commander of the Saudi Armed Forces. Beside the Field Marshal-Prince Khalid bin Sultan, Al-Muhaya led the Saudi Arabian Army in the Gulf War with the Allied Forces. He later commanded Saudi Forces during the Shia insurgency in Yemen before retiring in 2011.

Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammed Al Talib, is a Saudi scholar, preacher, Imam, Khatib and judge who has been imprisoned since August 2018 for challenging mixed public gatherings. Within hours of his arrest, his English and Arabic Twitter accounts were deactivated.

Saleh Ibn Abdul Rahman Hussayen is a prominent Saudi government official who fell under suspicion following the Sept 11th attacks when it was discovered that three of the hijackers, Hani Hanjour, Khalid Almihdhar, and Nawaf Alhazmi had checked into the Marriott Residence Inn in Herndon, Virginia, the same hotel he was staying at, the night before the attacks.
