Robert Jordan
James Oliver Rigney Jr., better known by his pseudonym Robert Jordan, was an American author of epic fantasy. He is known best for his series the Wheel of Time which comprises 14 books and a prequel novel. He is one of several writers to have written original Conan the Barbarian novels. Jordan also published historical fiction using the pseudonym Reagan O'Neal, a western as Jackson O'Reilly, and dance criticism as Chang Lung. Rigney claimed to have ghostwritten an "international thriller" that is still believed to have been written by someone else.

Robert Webb
Robert Patrick Webb is an English comedian, presenter, actor and writer, and one half of the double act Mitchell and Webb, alongside David Mitchell. The two starred in the Channel 4 sitcom Peep Show and the sketch comedy programme That Mitchell and Webb Look, for which they then performed a stage adaption, The Two Faces of Mitchell and Webb. A film, Magicians, was released in 2007. The duo also starred in the short-lived Ambassadors. Webb headed the critically acclaimed sitcom The Smoking Room and was a performer in the sketch show Bruiser. Since 2017 he has starred alongside Mitchell in the Channel 4 comedy-drama Back.
Robert I of Scotland
Robert I, popularly known as Robert the Bruce, was King of Scots from 1306 to his death in 1329. Robert was one of the most famous warriors of his generation and eventually led Scotland during the First War of Scottish Independence against England. He fought successfully during his reign to regain Scotland's place as an independent country and is now revered in Scotland as a national hero.

Robert Leslie Shapiro is an American lawyer. In 1994, he was a member of the "Dream Team" of attorneys that successfully defended O. J. Simpson in 1995, from the charges that he murdered his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman. He later turned to civil work and co-founded LegalZoom and RightCounsel.com, appearing in their television commercials.
Robert Hansen
Robert Christian Hansen, known in the media as the "Butcher Baker," was an American serial killer. Between 1971 and 1983, Hansen abducted, raped, and murdered at least 17 women in and around Anchorage, Alaska; he hunted many of them down in the wilderness with a Ruger Mini-14 and a knife. He was arrested and convicted in 1983, and was sentenced to 461 years and a life sentence without the possibility of parole.

Robert Maudsley
Robert John Maudsley is an English serial killer. Maudsley killed four people, with three of the killings taking place in prison after receiving a life sentence for a murder. Initial reports falsely stated he ate part of the brain of one of the men he killed in prison, which earned him the nickname Hannibal the Cannibal among the British press and "The Brain Eater" amongst other prisoners. However, the Press Complaints Commission records that national newspapers were subsequently advised that the allegations were untrue, according to the autopsy report. Since the death of Ian Brady, Maudsley has been the longest-serving British prisoner and the earliest person still living to be subject to a whole life order.

Robert Gabriel Mugabe was a Zimbabwean revolutionary and politician who served as Prime Minister of Zimbabwe from 1980 to 1987 and then as President from 1987 to 2017. He served as Leader of the Zimbabwe African National Union (ZANU) from 1975 to 1980 and led its successor political party, the ZANU – Patriotic Front (ZANU–PF), from 1980 to 2017. Ideologically an African nationalist, during the 1970s and 1980s he identified as a Marxist–Leninist, and as a socialist after the 1990s.

Robert Saleh is an American football coach who is the head coach of the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the defensive coordinator of the San Francisco 49ers from 2017 to 2020 and has also served as an assistant coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans.
