Richard Franklin
Richard Kimber Franklin is an English actor, writer, director and political activist. Principally a stage actor, he has also appeared as a regular character in several high-profile British television programmes, including Crossroads and Emmerdale Farm, and he portrayed Captain Mike Yates of UNIT in Doctor Who from 1971 until 1974, returning to the role on a number of occasions both on television and in Doctor Who spin-off media.
Richard Webster
Richard Webster is a Welsh former dual-code international rugby union and rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s, and coached rugby union in the 2010s. In 1993 he toured New Zealand with the British and Irish Lions rugby union team and at the time played club rugby for Swansea RFC. In 1995 he switched to rugby league to play second-row for Salford Reds, and appeared in the 1995 Rugby League World Cup. In 1996 he returned to union and signed for Bath Rugby. At Bath he started in the victorious 1998 Heineken Cup Final as they defeated Brive.

Richard P. Rubinstein is an American film and television producer, who has worked mainly in the science fiction and horror genres. In the 1970s and 1980s he collaborated frequently with horror director George A. Romero, including on the seminal 1978 zombie film Dawn of the Dead and the 1984–1988 anthology horror television series Tales from the Darkside. In the 1980s and 1990s Rubinstein produced a substantial number of projects based on the writings of horror novelist Stephen King.

He has been Minister for Planning in the Andrews Ministry since December 2014 and also became the Minister for Housing and Minister for Multicultural Affairs in 2018. He previously served as Parliamentary Secretary for Justice (1999–2002), Cabinet Secretary (2002–2006), Minister for Housing (2006–2010), Minister for Local Government (2006–2010) and Minister for Aboriginal Affairs (2007–2010) in the Bracks Ministry and Brumby Ministry. He is a member of the Labor Party and a member of the Socialist Left faction.
