Liu Fan Frances
Frances Liu Fan is a Singaporean badminton player. Together with Li Li, Xiao Luxi and Rong Muxi, they were Singapore badminton's pioneer batch of foreign talent. She won Singapore first ever women's badminton team gold at the 2003 SEA Games that was held in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City. She retired in 2011 and is currently Singapore national badminton (singles) coach.

Liu Cheng
Liu Cheng is a Chinese badminton player. He was the men's doubles World Champion in 2017 partnered with Zhang Nan, also the mixed doubles World and Asian Junior Champion in 2010 with Bao Yixin. Liu was part of the national team member that won the team events at the 2015 Sudirman Cup, 2018 Thomas Cup and 2018 Asian Games. He reached a career high of world number 2 in both men's and mixed doubles events.

She was part of the national junior team that won the mixed team title at the 2017 and 2018 World Junior Championships and also at the 2018 Asian Junior Championships. Liu won her first senior international title at the 2018 Lingshui China Masters in the mixed doubles event partnered with Guo Xinwa.

Liu Chen-wu is a retired general of the Republic of China (Taiwan). He served as the Commander of the ROC Air Force since 16 January 2013 until he was succeeded by General Shen Yi-ming. He was then appointed as the Deputy Minister of National Defense for Armaments for nine months on duty until General Cheng Te-mei succeeded him. He retired from the Republic of China Air Force on 1 November 2015.
