Ingemar Stenmark
Jan Ingemar Stenmark is a former World Cup alpine ski racer from Sweden. He is regarded as one of the most prominent Swedish athletes ever, and as the greatest slalom and giant slalom specialist of all time. He competed for Tärna IK Fjällvinden.
Ingemar Johansson
Jens Ingemar "Ingo" Johansson was a Swedish professional boxer who competed from 1952 to 1963. He held the world heavyweight title from 1959 to 1960, and was the fifth heavyweight champion born outside the United States. Johansson won the title by defeating Floyd Patterson via third-round stoppage, after flooring him seven times in that round. For this achievement, Johansson was awarded the Hickok Belt as top professional athlete of the year—the only non-American to do so in the belt's entire 27-year existence—and was named the Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year and Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year.
Ingemar Liljefors
Ingmar Kristian Liljefors was a Swedish composer, pianist, writer on music, and music educator. Born in Gothenburg, Liljefors was the son of composer and conductor Ruben Liljefors. His own son, Mats Liljefors, is a successful conductor.
Ingemar Skogö
Ingemar Skogö was a Swedish civil servant. Born in Tranås, Skogö was a graduate of Lund University. He served as the Governor of Västmanland County from 2009 to 2015. Skogö was also the Director-General of the Civil Aviation Administration from 1992 to 2001, and the Swedish Road Administration from 2001 to 2009.
