Ewa Kłobukowska
Ewa Janina Kłobukowska is a Polish former sprinter. She competed at the 1964 Olympics in the 4×100 m relay and 100 m sprint and won a gold and a bronze medal, respectively. She also won two gold and one silver medal at the 1966 European Championships. Kłobukowska set three world records, one in the 100 m and two in the 4×100 m relay. They were annulled by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) after a gender identification test in 1967 wrongly labeled her as not female. The test procedures were later found to be inadequate.
Ewa Swoboda
Ewa Nikola Swoboda is a Polish track and field sprinter who competes in the short sprints. She holds the world junior record of 7.07 seconds in the 60 metres. She was a 100 metres finalist at the World Youth Championships in Athletics, World Junior Championships in Athletics and Summer Youth Olympics. She was a 60 m finalist in her senior debut at the 2015 European Athletics Indoor Championships.

Ewa Pajor is a Polish football striker, currently playing for VfL Wolfsburg. She is the youngest player to have played in the highest Polish women league, in the Ekstraliga, at the age of 15 and 133 days. She received the UEFA Under-17 Golden Player for the best player in Europe for under 17.

Ewa Kopacz
Ewa Bożena Kopacz is a Polish politician and a Vice-President of the European Parliament. She was Prime Minister of Poland and Marshal of the Sejm - the first woman to have held the latter post. In addition, she was Minister of Health from November 2007 until November 2011. Kopacz has been a member of the Civic Platform since 2001. Kopacz became Prime Minister on 22 September 2014, succeeding Donald Tusk; she is the second woman to hold the office after Hanna Suchocka. Prior to entering politics, she was a pediatrician and a general practitioner. Her term ended on 16 November 2015.
