B. P. Schulberg was an American pioneer film producer and film studio executive.

Bommireddy Nagi Reddi was an Indian film producer and director mainly in Telugu cinema. He set up Vijaya Vauhini Studios in Chennai, which was then Asia's biggest film studio. As his elder brother had the same initials and was known as B. N. Reddi, Nagi Reddi was popularly known as B. Nagi Reddi. Some of the movies produced by Nagi Reddi include Patala Bhairavi (1951), Missamma (1955), Maya Bazaar (1957), Gundamma Katha (1962), Maduve Maadi Nodu (1965-Kannada), Enga Veetu Pillai (1965), Ram Aur Shyam (1967), Nam Naadu (1969-Tamil), Shriman Shrimati (1982), Julie (1975), and Swarg Narak (1978), the latter two of which were in Hindi. Reddi has served as the president of Film Federation of India twice, in 1960–61 and 1962–63.

B. Lenin is an Indian film editor, writer and director who works in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films. The son of Tamil film maker A. Bhimsingh, Lenin entered the film industry as an assistant editor and went on to work in numerous projects before making his debut as an independent editor with J. Mahendran's Uthiripookkal (1979). In the mid 1980s, Lenin started jointly working with his long-time assistant V. T. Vijayan and the duo has so far edited over a hundred films in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi films, apart from an English film, Eli My Friend.

Balthazar Johannes "B. J." Vorster was a South African politician who served as the Prime Minister of South Africa from 1966 to 1978 and as the fourth State President of South Africa from 1978 to 1979. Vorster was known for his staunch adherence to apartheid, overseeing the Rivonia Trial in which Nelson Mandela was sentenced to life imprisonment for sabotage, and the Terrorism Act, the complete abolition of non-white political representation, the Soweto Riots and the Steve Biko crisis. He conducted a more pragmatic foreign policy than his predecessors in an effort to improve relations between the white minority government and South Africa's neighbours, particularly after the break-up of the Portuguese colonial empire. Shortly after the Internal Settlement in Rhodesia, in which he was instrumental, he was implicated in the Muldergate Scandal and resigned the premiership in favour of the ceremonial state presidency, which he was forced to give up as well eight months later.

Betty Jean Ward, professionally known as B. J. Ward, is an American actress. She is the creator and star of Stand-Up Opera, a musical one-woman show, and is a licensed aviator.

Bokanakere Yeddyurappa Raghavendra is a member of the 16th Lok Sabha representing Shimoga district of Karnataka and was a member of 14th Karnataka Legislative Assembly. He previously represented Shikaripura Assembly constituency of Karnataka and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Basanthpur Narayan Rao was an Indian politician who was a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Basavakalyan for the Indian National Congress from 2018 until his death. He had competed in the elections to become an MLA twice before winning a seat.

Burhanuddin Mohammad Diah, born only as Burhanuddin, was an Indonesian journalist, diplomat, and businessman, who served as the 18th Indonesian Minister of Information from 1966 until 1968, under the presidencies of Sukarno and Suharto, during the transition to the New Order. He was present at the time of the Proclamation of Independence was being formulated, and was a figure who played an important role in saving the original text of the Proclamation.

B. Sumeeth Reddy is an Indian badminton player who currently plays men's doubles. He partners Manu Attri for men's doubles events and previously partnered with T. Hema Nagendra Babu. He competed at the 2014 Asian Games. In 2016, he competed at the Rio Summer Olympics in the men's doubles event.
