Andrey Rogachev — is a Russian entrepreneur. He was the first Russian dollar billionaire who made a fortune not from privatization or trading in natural resources, but from producing environmental instruments. Rogachev is called the father of Russian retail. Now co-owner of Food trading platform AGRO24 and retail chain Vernii. He was formerly the co-owner of electronic payment system Spacard, co-owner of retail chain Pyaterochka Russian: Пятёрочка, one of the ex-co-owners and directors of X5 Retail Group.

Andrey Andreev is a Russian-British billionaire technology entrepreneur, founder of MagicLab, the parent company of dating and social networking apps Badoo, Bumble, Lumen and Chappy. Andreev's previous ventures include SpyLog, Begun and Mamba.

Andrei Vladimirovich Tarasenko is a retired Russian ice hockey player. He competed at the 1994 Winter Olympics, where his team finished in fourth place. He played eight games and scored two goals. After retiring he worked as the head coach and then senior coach with HC Sibir Novosibirsk, the club he played for in 1984–1986 and 2001–2003.

Andrey Nikolayevich Rimsky-Korsakov was a Russian musicologist and son of the Russian composers Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Nadezhda Rimskaya-Korsakova. He was encouraged in musical pursuits, playing cello in the family string quartet. However he did not pursue music as a career until late in his life.

Andrey III Alexandrovich, a Russian prince, son of Alexander Nevsky, received from his father the town of Gorodets on the Volga. In 1276 he added Kostroma to his possessions and joined the struggle for the Grand Duchy of Vladimir-Suzdal.
