Albrecht von Graefe
Friedrich Wilhelm Ernst Albrecht von Gräfe, often Anglicized to Graefe, was a Prussian pioneer of German ophthalmology. Graefe was born in Finkenheerd, Brandenburg, the son of Karl Ferdinand von Graefe (1787–1840). He was the father of the far right politician Albrecht von Graefe (1868–1933).

Albrecht Höhler
Albrecht "Ali" Höhler was a member of the Red Front Fighters Association (RFB). He is known for the killing of Horst Wessel, a local leader in Berlin of the Nazi Party's SA stormtroopers. After the Nazis came to power, Höhler was taken out of prison and assassinated by the SA.

Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager is a German lawyer and forester and a member of the Sovereign Council of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. He served as Grand Hospitaller from 1989 to 2014 and since 2014 as its Grand Chancellor. Boeselagar was at the centre of a leadership controversy within the Order of Malta in late 2016 and early 2017. After Boeslager was suspended as Grand Chancellor, Pope Francis intervened to restore him to office and require the resignation of the Prince and Grand Master of the Order, Fra' Matthew Festing.
