Otar Iosseliani is a Georgian-film maker. He was born in the Georgian capital city of Tbilisi, where he studied at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire and graduated in 1952 with a diploma in composition, conducting and piano.

He made his full directorial debut in 2006 with Honey and Clover II, after which he had directed 2007's Idolmaster: Xenoglossia, 2008's Toradora!, 2009's A Certain Scientific Railgun, 2011's Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, 2012's Waiting in the Summer and 2013's A Certain Scientific Railgun S.

Alê Abreu is a Brazilian film director and screenwriter. Sírius, his first short film, debuted at the 1993 Anima Mundi as the only Brazilian animation that year. It won the Best Film Award at the Festival de Cine para Niños y Jovenes and was also screened at the Mostra Internacional de Cinema São Paulo and at the section Animation for Children of the Hiroshima International Animation Festival. His second short film, Espantalho, released in 1998, won the 3rd Best Brazilian Animation at the Anima Mundi, the Best Art Direction Award at the Brazilian Film Festival of Miami, and was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 1st Grande Prêmio Cinema Brasil. His first feature film, Garoto Cósmico, debuted at the 2007 Anima Mundi. In 2013, at the Ottawa International Animation Festival, he released his second film, Boy and the World. This film became an international success, was nominated at the 88th Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature, and won several prizes, including the Best Feature Film at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival and the Best Animated Feature-Independent at the Annie Awards.

Danishka Esterhazy is a Canadian screenwriter and film director. She is best known for her thriller and horror movies, such as Black Field (2009), Level 16 (2018), The Banana Splits Movie (2019), and her upcoming remake-film, Slumber Party Massacre.

Koldo Serra is a Spanish director and screenwriter, born 1975 in Bilbao, Spain.

Lucas Belvaux is a Belgian actor and film director. His directing credits include the Trilogie, consisting of three films with interlocking stories and characters, each of which was filmed in a different genre. The three films are Cavale, a thriller; Un couple épatant, a comedy; and Après la vie, a melodrama. The Trilogie received the André Cavens Award. His film La Raison du plus faible was entered into the 2006 Cannes Film Festival. His film One Night was nominated for seven Magritte Awards, winning Best Screenplay.

Lorraine Lévy is a French screenwriter, film and stage director, and playwright. She is the sister of writer Marc Levy.
