Majid Majidi is an Iranian film director, producer, and screenwriter, who started his film career as an actor. In his films, Majidi has touched on many themes and genres and has won numerous international awards.

Bartabas is the performing name of a French horse trainer, film producer and impresario. He created his first theater company at age seventeen, and later founded the performing troupe, Cirque Aligre. In 1984, he founded the equestrian performing show, Zingaro, which means "Gypsy". The name was taken from the name of his first horse, a spectacular Friesian horse who was also the star of his shows.

Jean Paul Lal, better known by his stage name Lal Jr., is an Indian film director who mainly works in the Malayalam film industry. He is the son of actor-director Lal. His debut movie was Honey Bee starring Asif Ali which was a blockbuster.

As an actor, Black is best known for his role as Rick Hawkins in Predator (1987).
