Germán Ezequiel Pacheco González is an Argentine professional footballer who plays for Alianza Universidad from Peru as a forward. He also holds Spanish citizenship.

Fernando José Pacheco Rivas is a Peruvian footballer who plays for Juventude, on loan from Fluminense, as a winger.

Francisco José Pacheco Torres is a former Spanish professional road bicycle racer. In 2005, he became the 3rd in the Spanish time trial championship for amateurs. He also finished third overall in the Vuelta a Cordoba. In the 2006 season he has won two stages at the Vuelta an Alicante and he finished third at the Trofeo Guerrita. Later, he had even won a section in each Vuelta a Navarra, in the Vuelta a León, at the Vuelta a Palencia and Vuelta a Salamanca. In 2007 he made his professional debut with the Portuguese team Barbot-Halcon until 2008. Pacheco took his first year there he won a stage of the Volta a Portugal and he joined Contentpolis-Ampo in 2009. He also took the Greek cycling team Kastro Team in 2010 and Christina Watches-Dana in 2012 until 2013. On 31 December 2013, he announced his retirement from cycling at the end of season after his six-year career.

Alexander Fernando Pacheco is an American animal rights activist. He is the founder of 600 Million Dogs, co-founder and former chairman of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and a member of the advisory board of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

Rodrigo Daniel Pacheco Carrillo is a Peruvian badminton player. Pacheco started playing badminton when he was 6 years old at the club Regatas Lima. He had made his debut at the Pan Am Junior Championships in 1996, and became the senior national team member in 2001. He was the bronze medalists at the Pan American Games, in the men's singles event in 2007, and also in the mixed doubles event in 2007 and 2011. In 2010, he won triple gold medals at the South American Games in the men's doubles, mixed doubles, and mixed team event. He competed for Peru at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Pacheco educated Sports management at the University College of Northern Denmark.

Abel Pacheco de la Espriella was president of Costa Rica between 2002 and 2006, representing the Social Christian Unity Party (Partido Unidad Social Cristiana – PUSC). He ran on a platform to continue free market reforms and to institute an austerity program, and was elected, in a second electoral round, with 58% of the vote in April 2002.
