William MacArthur Mackenzie was a Scottish singer and songwriter, known for his distinctive high tenor voice. He was the co-founder and lead singer of post-punk and new wave band the Associates. He also had a brief solo career releasing his debut album, Outernational, in 1992, his only solo album released during his lifetime.

Joyce Elaine MacKenzie Hassing is an American actress who appeared in films and television from 1946 to 1961. She might be best remembered for being the eleventh actress to portray Jane. She played the role opposite Lex Barker's Tarzan in 1953's Tarzan and the She-Devil.

Montague Johnstone Muir Mackenzie was a Scottish barrister and legal writer. He was the son of Sir John William Pitt Muir Mackenzie of Delvine, Second Baronet and the younger brother of Kenneth Muir Mackenzie, 1st Baron Muir Mackenzie. In his youth, he was a keen sportsman and played football for Scotland in the last of the representative matches played in 1872.

Alister MacKenzie was a Scottish golf course architect whose course designs span four continents. Originally trained as a surgeon, MacKenzie served as a civilian physician with the British Army during the Boer War where he first became aware of the principles of camouflage. During the First World War, MacKenzie made his own significant contributions to military camouflage, which he saw as closely related to golf course design. He is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame. He designed more than 50 golf courses including three that remain in the 2016 top 10 golf courses in the world: Augusta National Golf Club and Cypress Point Club in the US, and Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Australia.

Osgood Hanbury Mackenzie (1842–1922) was a Scottish landowner and the creator of a famous garden at Inverewe, near Poolewe in Wester Ross.
