Björn Borg
Björn Rune Borg is a former world No. 1 tennis player from Sweden. Between 1974 and 1981, he became the first man in the Open Era to win 11 Grand Slam singles titles, but he was never able to win the US Open in four finals appearances. He is the first male player to win five Wimbledon titles in the Open Era. He won four consecutive French Open (1978–81) and is 6–0 in French Open finals. He is one of two male players, along with Roger Federer, to appear in French Open and Wimbledon finals for four consecutive years (1978–81) and only one to win both of them for three consecutive years (1978–80). He is the first male player to appear in French Open, Wimbledon and US Open finals in the same year three time in his career, a record surpassed only by Federer who achieve the same task for four consecutive years (2006–09).
Andy Borg
Adolf Andreas Meyer, best known by his stage name Andy Borg, is an Austrian Schlager singer and TV presenter. He lives in the Passau area and has been constantly recording music since his debut album Adios Amor which was released as an English version in 1982. In 2006 he replaced Karl Moik as host of the popular ORF show Musikantenstadl. His most successful song was his debut "Adiós Amor" in 1982 which spent 39 weeks in the German charts.

Marcus Borg
Marcus Joel Borg (1942–2015) was an American New Testament scholar and theologian. He was among the most widely known and influential voices in progressive Christianity. As a fellow of the Jesus Seminar, Borg was a major figure in historical Jesus scholarship. He retired as Hundere Distinguished Professor of Religion and Culture at Oregon State University in 2007. He died eight years later at the age of 72, of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at his home in Powell Butte, Oregon.
