Richard James Livingstone Altham was an English first-class cricketer who played for Oxford University Cricket Club and the Free Foresters. His highest score of 14 came when playing for Oxford University in the match against Free Foresters. He also played for Hertfordshire in the Minor Counties Championship. He was educated at Marlborough College and Trinity College, Oxford.

Harry Surtees Altham was an English cricketer who became an important figure in the game as an administrator, historian and coach. His Wisden obituary described him as "among the best known personalities in the world of cricket". He died of a heart attack just after he had given an address to a cricket society.

Richard Annesley, 3rd Baron Altham, styled The Honourable Richard Annesley between 1681 and 1700, was Dean of Exeter between 1681 and 1701.
