Sergio "Serge" Silvagni was an Australian rules footballer who played for the Carlton Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Michael P. Reese was an American politician. A Republican, he served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2009 until his death in 2021. Reese was secretary of the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus for the 2019–2020 session, and had been elected to serve as caucus chairman in 2021. At age 42, Reese died of a suspected brain aneurysm.

Lodewijk Frederik Ottens was a Dutch engineer and inventor, best known for inventing the cassette tape and being involved in the development of the CD. Ottens was employed by Philips for the entirety of his career.

Lee Heung-kam was a Cantonese opera and TVB actress from Hong Kong. She joined the entertainment industry when she was 14 years old. Lee was briefly married to Cantonese opera star, Siu Chung-kwan (1929-2005), with whom she had a daughter, Siu Ji-wan. Since 1960, she became known for being an antagonist in many Cantonese operas, films and TV drama series. This lasted until the 80's when her roles were re-typecasted as a kind mother or a spiteful mother-in-law.

Buta Singh was an Indian politician and a senior leader of the Indian National Congress. He was the Union Home Minister of India, Governor of Bihar and was chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes from 2007 to 2010.

Abdelbaki Hermassi was a Tunisian politician. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia from 10 November 2004 when he was appointed during a cabinet reshuffle, until another cabinet reshuffle on 17 August 2005 when he lost that position. He was previously the minister of culture of Tunisia. On 13 May 2008, he was named President of the Higher Communication Council.

James Allen Crockett Jr. was an American professional wrestling promoter. From 1973 to 1989, he was part owner of Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP), a wrestling company affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). From 1976 to 1987, Jim Crockett Promotions also owned the Charlotte Orioles, a minor league baseball team based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Winston-Salem Polar Twins in the Southern Hockey League from 1974 to 1975.

Philipose Mar Chrysostom Mar Thoma Valiya Metropolitan, was an Indian prelate and the emeritus Metropolitan of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, and was a bishop for 67 years, 11 months and 12 days. He was addressed and referred to as Chrysostom Thirumeni or Valiya Thirumeni. He was awarded India's third highest civilian award, the Padma Bhushan, in 2018.
