Hélène Châtelain was a French actress who appeared as "the woman" in Chris Marker's La Jetée (1962), and later worked with playwright Armand Gatti and Iossif Pasternak. She was also a translator, writer and filmmaker (Goulag).

Christophe Keckeis
Christophe Keckeis was a Swiss Lieutenant-General. He headed the Swiss Army as "Chief of the General Staff" (2003) and then as "Chief of the Armed Forces" (2004–2007). He retired on 31 December 2007.
- On 24 March 1977, two Mirage III collided during a formation flight over the Payerne airfield. All parties involved survived the collision, including the then commander-in-chief of the Fliegerstaffel 17, Christophe Keckeis.
Yousef Wali
Yousef Waly was an Egyptian politician who served as Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation from 1982 to 2004. Wali was not married but he's a godfather and uncle to three siblings, Amin Waly, Hoda Waly and Sherif Waly the youngest, who became later a Senator and a leader in the National Democratic Party (NDP).
Minoru Betsuyaku
Minoru Betsuyaku was one of Japan's most prominent postwar playwrights, novelists, and essayists, associated with the Angura ("underground") theater movement in Japan. He won a name for himself as a writer in the "nonsense" genre and helped lay the foundations of the Japanese "theater of the absurd." His works focused a lot on the aftermath of the war and especially the nuclear holocaust.
Conjeevaram Srirangachari Seshadri
Conjeevaram Srirangachari Seshadri FRS was an Indian mathematician. He was the founder and director-emeritus of the Chennai Mathematical Institute, and is known for his work in algebraic geometry. The Seshadri constant is named after him.
