Christoph Meckel was a German author and graphic artist. He received awards for his works which connect illustrations with the written text, sometimes texts by others.
Essam el-Erian
Essam al-Din Muhammad Hussein el-Erian was an Egyptian physician and politician. He was the vice chairman of the Freedom And Justice party. Formerly he was a member of the Guidance Bureau of the Muslim Brotherhood. He was elected as a parliament member in the 2011–12 Egyptian parliamentary election. After the 2013 Egyptian coup, prosecutors ordered his arrest on 10 July 2013. On 14 July 2013, Egypt's new prosecutor general Hisham Barakat ordered his assets to be frozen. el-Erian was arrested by the government on 30 October 2013.

Katsumasa Uchida was a Japanese actor. He is most famous for playing villains and appeared in many jidaigeki and detective television dramas as a guest. Uchida graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University. Uchida made 68 appearances as a guest on Mito Kōmon.
Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles
Gonçalo Pereira Ribeiro Telles was a Portuguese politician and landscape architect. He was born and died in Lisbon. He was a founder of the People's Monarchist Party in 1974, and led it until 1994, when he left the party. He later founded the ecologist movement Movimento Partido da Terra, now called MPT – Partido da Terra.

José Ignacio Gabriel Jorge Retes Balzaretti was a Mexican film director, writer, producer, and actor. His 1977 film Paper Flowers was entered into the 28th Berlin International Film Festival. His 1979 film Broken Flag was entered into the 11th Moscow International Film Festival. His 1999 film A Sweet Scent of Death was entered into the 21st Moscow International Film Festival.
François André
François André was a French politician representing the Socialist Party. He was re-elected to the French National Assembly on 18 June 2017, representing the department of Ille-et-Vilaine.

Pierino Prati was an Italian footballer who played mainly as a forward. He began his career with Salernitana, and later played for several other Italian clubs, including a successful spell with Milan, with whom he won several titles. He also had a brief spell with Rochester Lancers in the NASL in 1979.

Edi Ziegler
Edwin Ziegler was a German road racing cyclist. He won the bronze medal in the men's individual road race at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland, behind two Belgians: André Noyelle (gold) and Robert Grondelaers (silver). He was a professional rider from 1957 to 1959.
