Douglas S. Cook
Douglas S. Cook was an American screenwriter, known for writing 1996's film The Rock. His other credits included Payoff, Holy Matrimony, Double Jeopardy and Criminal. Cook wrote all of his screenplays along with his writing partner David Weisberg. They also wrote another action thriller script Blank Slate, which is currently un-produced at Bold Films.

Edwin C. Brock
Edwin C. Brock was an American Egyptologist, who worked for the Theban Mapping Project at the American University in Cairo. He worked on royal sarcophagi in the Valley of the Kings. He also worked in the tombs of Merenptah (KV8) and Amenmeses (KV10), along with Otto Schaden and the Theban Mapping Project. He was the co-director of the Amenmesse Tomb Project, which in February 2006 announced the discovery of KV63. He also supervised archaeological salvage work in Luxor as part of the wastewater project there.

Yury Nikolayevich Afanasyev was a Soviet/Russian historian and one of the leaders of Russia's democratic movement in the late 1980s - early 1990s. He was also the rector of the Moscow State Institute of History and Archives which he transformed in 1991 into the Russian State University of Humanities (RSUH) and led until 2003, making it into one of Russia's most internationally prominent educational institutions.
