Robert Lord was an American screenwriter and film producer. He wrote for 71 films between 1925 and 1940. He won an Academy Award in 1933 in the category Best Writing, Original Story for the film One Way Passage. He was nominated in the same category in 1938 for the film Black Legion. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and died in Los Angeles from a heart attack.

Richard "Dick" Irvine was an American art director. He is best known for his Academy Award nomination in the category Best Art Direction for the 1941 black and white film Sundown. Over his long career, he worked as an art director in 31 films between 1939 and 1953.

Michael Joseph Hayes was an Irish Fine Gael politician who served as Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann from 1922 to 1932, Minister for Foreign Affairs from August 1922 to September 1922 and Minister for Education January 1922 to August 1922.
